ANSMANN WL-Series
In 2005, ANSMANN ENERGY GmbH is now leading the way in the area of high-end NiMH powered industrial lights for professional use. The brand new WL5 and WL8 series comes as a high quality working light including wall holder with internal charging station and an exchangeable battery pack that is able to be charged in the torch or separately in the wall holder.

The entire series is equipped with a zoom focus function. 3 optional bulbs (5/10/20W – 6 V Halogen G4 socket) may be used system wide resulting in either optimum light distance/brightness (1000-1500m) or maximum operation time (50 min – up to 24hrs). Additionally the WL8 series has an OTC dimmer control, mains failure electronics, light reserve and a battery pack protection.
The WL5-05 (with 5 W halogen bulb) and the top model WL8 20 (with 20 W halogen bulb) are now available from stock, complete with spare battery packs. A vehicle holder with 12-24 V plug and colour filters will follow shortly. An optional fast charger system is also under development. The environmentally friendly NiMH battery pack is rechargeable up to 1000 times. ANSMANN delivers the WL Series including carrying belt and gives a 2 years guarantee.
